地籍測量平差除錯實務

Mistakes Processing in Cadastral Surveying Adjustment

摘要


地籍測量平差工作耗時複雜並需要經驗,平差人員訓練為日積月累之工作,並非一蹴可幾。然而,近年來地政機關之測量外業人員流動快速,新進人員因訓練不足、作業疏忽或外業資料記錄整理纏誤等,使外業觀測資料常含有錯誤訊息,影響平差工作與成果。由於測量外業耗費人力與時間,且觀測數據錯誤係屬少數,平差人員應設法將錯誤觀測量濾出;或依偵錯成果,由測量人員至實地進行特定觀測量補測,避免全部重新測量。然平差偵錯常需在千百筆觀測量中,將錯誤觀測量找出,若非訓練有素且經驗豐富之平差人員,恐不易達成是項要求。 本研究針對衛星定位測量與導線網等平差工作中,整理常見錯誤類型、偵錯與處理、預防建議等,供地籍測量實務參考。

Trained and experienced engineers are necessary for cadastral surveying adjustment due to its tedious process and time consuming. In recent years, new employed surveyors in governmental land administration departments transferred rapidly due to lack of training, operating oversight or error field data recording etc., often leads to the occurrence of mistakes and cause the adjustment error and result. Because of the time and labor consuming in field survey as well as the minority observation error, in order to avoid resurveying jobs, surveyors should try to calibrate error observation data, or on site resurvey for particular observation data. Meanwhile detecting error from large numbers of observation data will be difficult unless proceed by experienced surveyors. The research is to supply cadastral survey a reference in according to Satellite positioning survey and skeleton survey to find out common types of mistakes detecting, processing, and preventing recommendation.
