台北市立體育場營運績效指標之研究

摘要

本研究以台北市立體育場為研究對象，除了暸解其目前營運現況外，本研究透過民眾的感受，進行台北市立體育場營運績效指標之研究。民眾對組織績效的認定與期許不同，所關心的重點也不同，民眾看法上最重要的項目集中於「體育場安全維護」、「是否有足夠的衛生設施」、「場地設施清潔情形」、「工作人員服務態度良好」、「整體設施的維護與管理情形」等項目；最不重要的項目為「設置飲食販賣區」、「平均每天使用人次的多寡」、「是否符合經濟效益」、「是否有盈餘」、「場地設施租借頻率」等指標。標準差偏高的項目為：飲食販賣、場地設施租借頻率、意外事件之件數、是否有盈餘等四項，標準差偏高的原因為民眾在這四項指標看法上有差異存在。本研究透過因素分析之陡階檢定，從四十八項績效指標中萃取出十一個因素構面，分別為：（一）整體設施維護，（二）工作士氣，（三）體育場公關，（四）設施使用情形，（五）停車的便利性，（六）財務成本控制，（七）活動舉辦成效，（八）民眾滿意度，（九）使用者便利性，（十）經費使用情形，（十一）符合民眾需求。

In the view difference project, the standard difference high project is: The diet trades, the location facility rents the frequency, whether has the earnings, these four targets high reason has the difference existence for the populace in these four targets view. This research penetration factor analysis steep step examination, the extract leaves 11 factors constructions surface from 48 Performance Indicator, respectively is:(1) overall facility maintenance, (2) work morale, (3) stadium public relations, (4) facility use situation, (5) stops the convenience, (6) finance cost control, (7) activity conducts the result, (8) populace degrees of satisfaction, (9) user convenience, (10) funds use situation, (11) conforms to the populace demand.
