本研究以參加九十四學年度大專排球聯賽特優級之12支男子球隊,共153位選手為研究對象,並以自編之「大專排球教練之領導行為調查問卷」為研究工具,探討大專特優級排球教練之領導行為。研究結果發現:(一)大一的選手較大四的選手喜歡教練有較高「獎勵行為」。(二)縣市級的選手較國家級的選手喜歡教練有較高的「民主行為」。(三)十~十二名較一~三名喜歡教練有較高的「專制行為」;四~六名較十~十二名喜歡教練有較高的「訓練與指導」;一~三名、四~六名及七~九名較十~十二名喜歡教練有較高的「獎勵行為」。(四)球齡在3-5年的選手較球齡在5年以上的選手知覺教練有較高的「關懷行為」。(五)十~十二名較一~三名、四~六名及七~九名知覺教練有較高的「專制行為」。
This research puts an emphasis on the perception of 12 male volleyball teams, 153 players, on coaches' leadership in 2005. The relationship between players' satisfaction and coaches' leadership behavior is also examined. A questionnaire survey is conducted in the first class of the college male volleyball league. The results revealed that: (1) freshman players have higher perceptions on coaches' ”rewarding” behavior than seniors do; (2) City-level players have higher perceptions on coaches' ”democratic” behavior than national-level plays do; (3) players ranking tenth to twelfth like coaches' ”rewarding” behavior than players ranking first to third do; players ranking fourth to sixth like coaches' ”rewarding” behavior than players ranking tenth to twelfth do; players ranking first to ninth like coaches' ”rewarding” behavior than players ranking tenth to twelfth do; (4) players with 3-5 year experiences have higher perceptions on coaches' ”caring” behavior than ones with experiences more than 5 years; (5) players ranking tenth to twelfth have higher perceptions on coaches' ”tyrannous” behavior than ones ranking first to ninth.
