本文是根據羅伯.格林里夫(Robert K.Greenleaf)個人的體悟、多年帶領企業團隊的經驗及其精心研究立下的理論基礎,其旗下成立的羅伯.格林里夫僕人式領導中心(Robert K.Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership)多位學者專家長期的投入貢獻、Regent University, Virginia, USA學者們的大力推動及國、內外專家、學者的研究成果,透過蒐集資料,並以文獻探討方式加以比較、分析與應用,針對以下主題進行討論:(1)僕人領導理論與模型的的演進(2)僕人領導與當代相近領導理論的比較與探討、(3)僕人領導的實務應用及(4)僕人領導未來應用層面的探討,並針對研究結果提出建議。
This article is based on Robert Greenleaf's experiences of leading team members in organizations and his studies to establish the foundation of servant leadership theory. The research results were especially abundant in this decade, not only from scholars of Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership but also Regent University, Virginia U.S.A. and many different countries. Through literature reviews, the article try to analyze and discuss the following topics(1) The development of servant leadership theory and model(2) The comparisons of servant leadership and other contemporary related leadership theories (3) Servant leadership practical applications and (4) Servant leadership future applications
