不同角度髖關節屈伸力量與動作範圍之比較

Analysis of Muscle Strength and Range of Motion during Hip Flexion and Extension

摘要


前言:為提供開發專門針對髖關節屈伸力量訓練器材所需之人因工程參數,本研究目的在比較髖關節在不同角度屈伸之等長與等速力量,以及髖關節、膝關節與踝關節之水平與垂直位移、角度、角速度之差異。方法:18位健康年輕人為受試者,收集髖關節屈伸在0°、90°、最大角度之等長力量,以及60°/s之等速力量,再以動作分析系統收集髖關節屈伸連續動作之髖關節、膝關節與踝關節的水平與垂直位移、角度、角速度。結果:髖關節屈曲在90°顯著產生最大等長力量,而60°/s等速力量介於87.30N-m至157.93N-m,產生角度介於57.17°至73.83°;髖關節伸展之60°/s等速力量介於41.60N-m至57.68N-m,產生角度介於12.67°至33.00°。髖關節屈曲之最大水平與垂直位移分別為449.82mm與505.93mm,伸展之最大水平與垂直位移分別為723.28mm與683.04mm。髖關節屈曲時各關節之最大角度為髖關節84.34°、膝關節88.54°、踝關節100.15°,髖關節伸展時各關節之最大角度為髖關節133.35°、膝關節154.27°、踝關節110.64°,而平均角速度為髖關節47.59°/s、膝關節62.29°/s,踝關節9.73°/s。結論與建議:本研究得出髖關節之屈伸力量、動作軌跡與運動範圍,可分別作為開發髖關節屈伸力量訓練器材所需之阻力範圍、滑軌形狀與機台尺寸。

Purpose: To provide the parameters of specialized training equipment for hip flexion and extension, the aim of this study were to determine the isometric and isokinetic hip strength during flexion and extension, as well as the horizontal and vertical displacement, angle, angular velocity in hip, knee and ankle. Methods: Eighteen healthy young people were recruited as subjects. Isometric and 60°/s isokinetic strength were collected at 0°, 90° and maximal range of motion during hip flexion and extension. The horizontal and vertical displacement, angle and angular velocity of hip, knee and ankle joint were also collected during continuous motion of hip flexion and extension by motion analysis system. Results: The hip flexion at 90° significantly produced maximum isometric force, while 60°/s isokinetic strength from 87.30 to 157.93 N-m and the corresponding angle between 57.17° to 73.83°; the 60°/s isokinetic strength of hip extension ranged from 41.60 to 57.68 N-m, and the corresponding angle between 12.67° to 33.00°. The maximal horizontal and vertical displacement during hip flexion were 449.82mm and 505.93mm, and the maximal horizontal and vertical displacement during hip extension were 723.28mm and 683.04mm. The maximal angle of hip, knee and ankle joint during hip flexion were 84.34°, 88.54°, and 100.15°, and the maximal angle of hip, knee and ankle joint during hip extension were 133.35°, 154.27° and 110.64°. The average angular velocity of hip, knee and ankle joint during continuous hip flexion and extension were 47.59°/s, 62.29°/s, and 9.73°/s. Conclusions: The outcome of this study in hip flexion and extension strength, trajectory and range of motion, respectively, as specialized training equipment for hip flexion and extension required for resistance setting, slide shape and machine size.
