肌內效貼紮對於頭部前置之受測者其頸部深層屈肌肌耐力的效應:先驅實驗

The Effects of Kinesio Taping on Muscular Endurance of Deep Neck Flexors for Subjects with Forward Head Posture: A Pilot Study

摘要


目的:本研究目的為觀察頭部前置姿勢(forward head)之受測者在進行肌內效貼紮後,對其頭部前置姿勢與頸部深層屈肌肌耐力的影響。方法:總共有二位男性(年齡19.0 ± 1.4歲)、三位女性(年齡19.7 ± 2.0歲)同意參與本實驗。受測者在兩種不同的貼紮法下(傳統式組、安慰劑組),藉由實驗室自行研發的姿勢測量儀評估頭部前置姿勢以及頸部肌力測量儀來測量其頸部深層屈肌肌耐力。結果:在頭部前置姿勢方面,貼紮前、貼紮後立即測與貼紮後三天分別無顯著性差異。在頸部深層屈肌肌耐力方面,貼紮前、貼紮後立即測與貼紮後三天分別無顯著性差異。結論:在肌內效貼布的貼紮下,傳統式貼紮組與安慰劑貼紮組對於頸部深層屈肌肌耐力與頭部前置姿勢或許都可以獲得部分改善。

Purpose: To investigate the effects of Kinesio taping (KT) on forward head posture (FTP) and muscular endurance of deep neck flexors for subjects with forward head posture. Methods: The subjects were two males (mean age 19.0 ± 1.4 years, mean body height 172.0 ± 5.6 cm, mean body weight 72.0 ± 18.3 kg) and three females (mean age 19.7 ± 2.0 years, mean body height 162.0 ± 2.0 cm, mean body weight 55.3 ± 6.6 kg) who agreed to participate in this study. The forward head posture was measured by postural assessment system and muscular endurance of deep neck flexors was measured by using the neck strength measure instrument in two taping methods (traditional taping method and placebo taping method). Results: In forward head posture, there is no significant difference between before taping, immediately taping and after three days taping. Inneck flexor muscles endurance, there is significant difference between before taping, immediately taping and after three days taping. Conclusion: Traditionaltaping method and the placebotaping method maybe cancorrect FHP and improve muscular endurance of deep neck flexors.
