教學實踐課程之運動理論與實務應用

Theoretical and Practical Applications to Sport Science in Teaching Practice

摘要


目的:大學通識教育核心精神主要藉由透過多元學習,期待能促使學生獲得知識與未來應用於生活的能力。方法:本教學研究方法藉由教學課程介入,以講授方法建構運動科學基礎先備知識,之後透過示範方式進行實務教學,另採分組方式進行動作指導與討論回饋,最後於期末以總結性評量方式進行個人評量。結果:學期課程結束前採不計分方式,進行質性文字陳述,了解學生對於課程反思與回饋內容,參與課程研究77人A,經篩選無效回饋陳述後共66份有效文字陳述,由此綜整出7大項目,進行課程效益分析,了解學生學習現象。結果:對於課程感受到1.運動知識獲取63人最高;2.個人運動實務能力獲得提升共44人3.課程可以提升未來生活中應用的能力30人;4.認為課程對自己是有幫助的有28人;5.分別有25人認為本次課程促進了人際關係;6.有24人認為對身體健康程度有提升。7.最後有4人認為課程是無壓力的。結論:本次課程對運動在生活上的應用,能有效引導、深化學生運動知識與能力。

The core of university general education is to provide students with diversified abilities, such as thinking independently, understanding themselves more, and establishing harmonious relationship with others. Knowledge regarding to sport science is introduced to students during the courses. While discussing in class, students can revise their concepts and put their knowledge in practice. In order to respond to unstable and unexpected conditions in daily life, human develops the ability to sustain the balance of body. The stability of body partly depends on the strength of core muscular groups. The project is planned in an one-year courses, aiming to promote the intelligence about core muscular ability. Setting up concept of sports science and training knowledge is the foundation of the first phase. With active and static movements of core muscle training interlaced in the process, students will be able to operate equipment in the practical course. We will gradually increase the intensity of training. Before the end of the semester, students would inspected their results themselves and this wouldn't be included in the performance records. The program expects to facilitate learner's body movements, enable them to integrate training concepts into livelihood, and cultivate their abilities to exercise all their lives.
