混齡編班幼兒教師運作課程之研究

A Study of the Preschool's Teacher Implements Operational Curriculum in a Mixed-age Classroom

摘要


本研究嘗試瞭解混齡編班教保人員課程實際運作的特徵及影響因素。研究對象是一個幼兒混齡班級,透過觀察一個完整主題的實施歷程以及訪談教保人員與相關文件蒐集,以瞭解課程運作情形。研究發現,教保人員在主題課程運作之際,大班幼兒的意見是課程運作的主要參考,並且重視幼兒實際操作的經驗;影響混齡課程運作的因素,包括幼兒年齡及教師的專門知識等。

Purposes of this study were to identify the features of implementing operational curriculum in the mixed-age classroom, and discover the factors which affect the preschool teacher conducting this curriculum. The participant was a preschool teacher with 4-5 years old children. The researcher utilized observations, interviews, and document analyses to collect data. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) the participant implements operational curriculum based upon 5 years old children's idea and children's manipulative experiences; and (2) the influence of conducting this curriculum are children's age and the teacher's professional knowledge.
