住宅社區居民之社區空間安全意識

摘要

本研究為探討社區居民對社區空間安全意識，透過問卷調查法進行實證研究，以瞭解台中縣市集合住宅社區居民的安全意識認知與態度。研究成果可提供社區保全業務改善及規劃的參考，以消弭住戶安全意識及實際安全感受間存在的差異。對於公共空間安全重要性認知低的區域，包括電梯／樓梯間等，應加強安全知識、宣導安全防範注意事項，以提升居民安全意識。對於公共空間安全實際感受低的區域，如停車場，應積極改善社區環境，並加強安全防護設施。此外，應加強男性對社區電梯／樓梯間及住家大門、女性對屋頂平台、及無子女同住的居民對車道出入口、社區中控室／管理中心及社區外圍等空間安全重要性認知的提升。居民對電梯／樓梯間及社區外圍的安全意識並未隨著該處安全事故發生種類數提升，反而有輕忽的現象，應特別加強居民對此二類空間的安全意識。

This study explores the security awareness upon the various community spaces to understand the perception and attitudes of security awareness among the communities of apartment complex in both of Taichung City and Taichung County through utilizing the questionnaire survey in collecting the empirical databases for analysis. The findings will serve as the reference for the community security business in making the improvement and planning to minimize the differences among residents' security awareness and satisfaction on actual protection measures. The security knowledge and promotion on the security protection shall be enhanced on the public areas which are with low importance perception such as elevators and stairs to assist the residents with the better security awareness. For the public space under the low actual feeling of security such as parking lots, the community environment shall be improved and security protection methods shall be strengthened. In addition, the security importance perceptions of men on elevators/stairs and gates, women on roof platform, as well as residents not living with their children on the entrance of car lanes, central control room/management center and surrounding of communities, should be enhanced. The security importance perception of residents on the areas of elevators, stairs, and surrounding of the community does not increase but decrease while the types of accidents increase. The security awareness of these spaces should be improved.
