台灣物業管理專業化與人力資源發展

The Property Management for Specialize and Human Resources in Taiwan

摘要


物業管理產業為經建會列入「產值大、就業效果大」的策略性服務業,為人力密集且涉及多元專業領域的產業,從業人員的職能必需經過長期持續學習及經驗累積,才能具備各項專業服務能力。配合政府「推動全國職能標準,建立職能學習平臺」的人才培育政策,本研究計畫以創新的「建立物業管理職能架構、規劃職能混成學習、制定職能評量鑑定」為機制,以物業管理產業開發「學習管理平台」為工具;為從業人員提供「多元途徑職能培訓服務」,達到物業管理產業人力資源「量足質精」的開發目標。本研究計畫為建構專屬的物業管理產業職能學習平台,研究成果將提升產業專業服務水準、提供業界及從業人員專業進修途徑、發展職能鑑定及專業證照、銜接物業管理教育等綜合效益,預期將可達到提高就業、增加產業產值的目的。

Guidelines and Action Plans for Service Industry Development formulated by Council for Economic Planning and Development Executive Yuan, R.O.C. encompassed property management sector as one of the value added and heightening employment effect strategic services. There is strong demand in the property management for employee-intensive service with multidisciplinary training human resources. It takes consistent learning and accumulative experience for the employees to establish vocational competencies. The manpower cultivating policy proposed by the government is to develop national competency standards and establish vocational learning platform. To coordinate the target, this innovative project aims to provide diverse vocational training to the employees to nurture property management human resources with high quality and quantity. It applies the learning platform developed by property management industries to establish property management scaffold, design vocational blended learning, and organize vocational evaluation. The purpose of this project is to organize an exclusive learning platform for property management competency. Our results will generate advantages such as enhancing the service sector standard, providing on-the-job training, building competency evaluation as well as certificate, and incorporate property management education to heighten employment effect and create value added.
