大專校院學生社團常利用寒暑假結合社區辦理服務學習活動,學生服務學習營隊之成效不僅要重視大學生的學習與發展,更要兼顧被服務者的需求。因此,本研究以立意取樣對屏東縣兩所偏鄉國小的負責協助營隊之老師進行深度訪談,探討大學生社團服務學習營隊中的夥伴關係,以及偏鄉國小對於營隊之期望目標。研究結果發現:一、社區國小認為大學生社團營隊是一種「資源」,對此類活動持正面的看法與歡迎的態度。二、在互惠關係方面,負責接洽的國小老師扮演重要角色。三、偏鄉國小的需求,會隨著服務者之差異而有所不同。四、大學生社團與國小的夥伴關係具有協同合作與互利互惠之特性。本研究建議大學學務工作人員在輔導學生社團辦理服務學習活動時,加強學生在合作與互惠的正確認知、主動瞭解被服務者的需求、長期合作促使雙方穩定持續成長與改變,以優化服務學習活動。
The effectiveness of student service-learning camps in community, which are normally carried out in winter or summer vacation, should not only focus on the learning and development of college students but also consider the needs of the serviced. Therefore, in this study, by in-depth interviews of the teaching directors and training team leaders of two rural elementary schools in Pingtung County, the partnership between elementary schools (the serviced) and the college student club (the service providers) are explored. The expectations of elementary schools for the college student clubs and the partnership model between them are also studied. The results show as follows: A. Both elementary schools take a positive view toward the service-learning camp and consider it as a resource. B. In terms of reciprocal relations, the elementary school teachers who are in charge play an important role. C. The needs of rural elementary schools will vary depending on the service providers. D. The partnership between college student clubs and elementary schools shows the characteristics of collaboration and reciprocity. This study suggests that when counseling students handle service-learning activities, the university academic staff should strengthen students' correct understanding of cooperation and reciprocity, their initiative to perceive the needs of the serviced, and promote long-term cooperation to promote stable and continuous growth on both sides in order that the benefits of such service-learning activities can be optimized.
