本研究主旨在瞭解從事「健行運動」者之參與動機與體驗程度之相關性。以桃園縣蘆竹鄉近郊之五酒桶山健行步道之健行運動者為研究對象,進行問卷調查。根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、因素分析、變異數分析,並應用IPA(Important-Performance Analysis)、以及參考SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat)模式,來檢視參與者之參與動機與體驗,得到以下結論:一、從事「健行運動」者以女性比例稍高,年齡則集中在41-50歲,學歷以高中以上,職業以商業居多,以家人親子健行活動為主,運動頻率以每兩週一次之假日為最多,每次活動時間以「1~2小時」居多,運動時段分佈於早上九點至傍晚六點,二、參與動機為以「可以接近自然,增進健康」最高;體驗程度以「可以接近自然,增進健康」最高,三、不同參與行為變項的「健行運動者」對「健行運動」之體驗程度有顯著差異,四、應用IPA及SWOT分析,九項變項落於A象限(多為身心健康及技能知識構面之變項),應「繼續保持」,亦可視其為發展的「機會」。九項變項落於C象限(多為社交參與及知性需求構面之變項),優先順序較低,亦可視其為「弱點」,而無一變項落於B及D象限。
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the participation motives and the level of experience for the hill walkers. The survey was made with questionnaire and the hiking exercisers of Wu-jo-ton Mountain in Luchu, Taoyuan County, Taiwan, participated in this study. Based on the information derived from the actual survey, and employing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, variant analysis, IPA method, and SWOT analysis to examine the participation motives and the level of experience for the hill walkers were included: 1. The ratio of female hill walkers was slight higher than male hill walkers; the majority of hill walkers were between 41 and 50 years old; most of them owned the degree of high school and were businessmen; the most of activity was with family; the hill walkers participation was ”1 time in 2 weeks during holidays; the staying period time was”1-2 hours” and the most of waking time was between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 2. The primary motive for the hill walkers was ”Brings you closer to nature, improves health”; the level of experience was ”Brings you closer to nature, improves health”. 3. The hill walkers of different participation behavior variants show significant variance in the level of experience. 4. The hill walkers show significant variance in the ranks of the participation motives and the level of experience. 5. By utilizing IPA and SWOT, we analyzed that 9 variables fell in quadrant A (Mostly physical-mental fitness and skill-knowledge variables of aspect), they should ”keep up the good work”, and be viewed as an ”opportunity”. 9 variables fell in quadrant C (Mostly social participation and need-for-knowledge variables of aspect), they would bear lower priority, and be viewed as a ”weakness”. No variants fell in quadrant B or C.
