有氧舞蹈課程滿意度量表編製之研究

A Study of the Aerobic Dance Satifaction on Scale

摘要


本研究目的旨在編製一份具有良好信、效度之有氧舞蹈課程滿意度量表,以做為瞭解朝陽科技大學學生參與有氧舞蹈課程整體滿意與需求。本研究採隨機抽樣方式,以朝陽科技大學98學年度第2學期選修有氧舞蹈課程共140位學生為研究對象,剔除填答不完整之問卷後計得有效問卷129份,有效問卷回收率達92.14%。有氧舞蹈課程滿意度預試量表經由項目分析(item analysis)、分層因素分析(stratified factor analysis)、信度(reliability)分析與效度(validity)分析後,得到「體育教學行政」、「教師專業能力」、「同儕關係」、「學習效果」與「場地、設備、器材」等五個因素構面,26個題目。各因素構面的解釋變異量界於65.74%~70.03%,各分量表的Cronbach’s α值界於.82~.92,而總量表Cronbach’s α值為.95。研究結果顯示本量表具有良好的一致性(consistency)及穩定性(stability),可供做為瞭解學生整體需求與滿意度之工具,以利日後教學行政改進參考依據。

The purpose of this paper was to establish a reliability and validity satisfaction scale on aerobics program in order to know the students, who participated in aerobic dancing program, satisfaction and needs in Chaoyang University of Technology. 140 samples were taken from the students who have taken the aerobic dancing course in the 2nd semester in 2010 in Chaoyang University of Technology. The samples were taken randomly without some adjustment, only 129 samples, 92.14%, were used in this paper. The questionnaires were analyzed by item analysis, stratified factor analysis, reliability and validity. Five factors, ”physical education administration”, ”professional capacity”, ”peer relations”, ”learning effects” and ”the space, equipment, apparatus” have obtained. The variation in each factor is in 65.74%~70.03%, and Cronbach's Alpha in each factor was in .82~.92; the total Cronbach's Alpha was .95 As the result, this scale has a good consistency and stability.
