探討Mosston體育教學光譜練習式應用在棒球教學之分析

「棒球」，是兩個隊伍交互進行「攻」與「守」的運動，其基本的技術層面包括了投手、守備、打擊、跑壘等四個部份。在台灣是一項全民運動，不管老少都有人在進行，甚至也算是種職業。歷年來從校園培育出不少優秀的選手，像是台灣之光王建民在國際棒壇大放異彩為國爭光，棒球熱在校園發燒，小朋友除了健身外也以他為學習的對象。打球的孩子可以從球場上的倫理學習、培養個人品德及團隊精神，強調「犧牲自己、照亮別人、贏得喝采」是打棒球的基本精神。美國體育教學專家Mosston在1966年創作體育教學光譜，為了使教學光譜能迎合不同的教學情境與文化背景，由原本的八種體育教學形式，研究至今已發展成十一種體育教學形式。Nixon & Locke（1973）指出教學光譜是在最近歷史上的體育教學中最為重要的進展理論。因此，體育教師需詳細的計畫和設計，運用適當合理的技術和方法，以指導、鼓勵、及激發學生自動學習，以獲得生活上所必須的知識、技能、習慣和理想的一種工作或活動。教育需選擇適宜的教學形式來實施教學，藉以提昇學生棒球學習能力、健全身心發展以及養成良好運動習慣。

The Nixon& Locke (1973) points out that the teaching spectrum is the most important progress theory in the historical athletics teaching recently. Therefore, the athletics teacher needs detailed project and design and makes use of the technique and method of appropriate reasonable, with instruction, encouragement, and stir up a student automatic learning with acquire the life top must of a kind of work or activity of knowledge, technical ability and habit and ideal. Education needs to choose a feat teaching form to carry out the teaching, by developing by promoting the student's baseball learning ability, sound mind and body and developing the good exercise habit.
