台南地區樂齡族群參與志工服務滿足感與實質感受之研究

摘要

本研究主要是探討台南地區樂齡族群參與志工服務滿足感與實質感受，以台南市38所樂齡學習中心，年齡55歲以上樂齡族群之樂齡志工為研究對象，並引用相關學者之量表參考，作為研究工具，內容分別為第一部分基本資料，共有性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、收入五個自變相，第二部分樂齡族群從事志工服務看法，第三部分樂齡族群從事志工服務滿足感，第四部份樂齡族群從事志工服務實質感受，所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以處理，本研究得到以下結果：一、樂齡族群從事志工服務之性別以女性為大多數；年齡層方面平均年齡在55歲到64歲之間；教育程度大多為小學；婚姻狀況大多數為已婚；收入則以10000元以下為多數。二、台南地區樂齡族群從事志工服務之看法依其平均數排列為，志工服務應有和藹可親的態度、志工服務應有犧牲奉獻的精神、志工服務是自動自發的行為。三、台南地區樂齡族群從事志工服務滿足感構面中，性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、收入未達顯著性。四、台南地區樂齡族群從事志工服務實質感受構面中，教育程度達顯著性，其餘均未達顯著性。

The aim of this study is to explore the satisfaction and self-feeling for senior volunteers who were over 55 years old and volunteered for active ageing learning center of Tainan City. This study applied questionnaire as research means. The questionnaire has four parts. Part one included gender, age, degree of education, marriage status and revenue; part two was opinion of being volunteer for senior citizen; part three was satisfaction of being volunteer for senior citizen; the last one part was self-feeling of being volunteer for senior citizen. The results were expressed by Descriptive Statistics, One-Way ANOVA and T-test. The study generated results as following: 1. Most volunteers of senior citizen were female; Their average age were from 55 to 64 years old; The most senior citizen volunteer were married; The most senior citizen volunteer revenue was lower than NT: 10000. 2. The most important opinion of senior citizen for being volunteers should have affinity, spirit of sacrifice and devote active behavior. 3. There was no significance on the gender, age, degree of education, marriage status and revenue of senior citizen for being volunteers in satisfaction of Tainan City. 4. There was only significance on the degree of education of senior citizen for being volunteers in self-feeling, others were not.
