摘要

水利署執掌台灣中央管河川之砂石清疏作業，是台灣河川環境資源管理中一個重要的工作，有鑑於此，水利署發展「疏濬作業數位化管理系統」，進行疏濬作業即時管控。「疏濬作業數位化管理系統」包含疏濬工區作業管理平台、河川局（執行單位）疏濬區管理平台及水利署疏濬區整合平台。「疏濬作業數位化管理系統」為透過網路及多種數位科技，對疏濬作業進行有效管理，同時水利署及各河川局可於疏濬作業數位化管理系統中即時取得疏濬工區最新的疏濬數據，進一步達到資訊流通及提高疏濬業務執行效率之目的。

Water Resources Agency (WRA) in charge of river dredges in Taiwan. It's an important work in river environment resources management. For this reason, WRA develops ＂Streamlined Dredging Management System＂. By using this management system, the management personnel of river dredging can control and manage the dredge work immediately. There are three main parts in ＂Streamlined Dredging Management System＂. It's includes dredging area integrated management platform, River Management Office dredging management platform and WRA dredging management platform. ＂Streamlined Dredging Management System＂ could get the real time and latest dredging data through Internet and various digital technologies. Therefore, Streamlined Dredging Management System could achieve the purpose of information circulation and improve the efficiency of river dredging.
