市售化粧品香水及指甲油中鄰苯二甲酸醋類等成分之品質監測

Survey on Phthalate Esters of Marketed Cosmetics Perfume and Nail Polishes in Taiwan Area

摘要

為瞭解市面上民眾所使用的香水及指甲油化粧品中是否有違法攙加行政院衛生署公告不得使用之鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate, DBP)、鄰苯二甲酸丁酯苯甲酯(benzyl butyl phthalate, BBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯(di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, DEHP)及鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯(di-n-octyl phthalate, DNOP)等成分，於98年1月至10月間委由各縣市衛生局於百貨行、公司行號、美容美髮材料行、藥粧店、藥局、便利商店及美容中心等處抽驗檢體87件，以氣相層析質譜法予以檢驗。結果顯示：鄰苯二甲酸酯類成分總殘留量超出100 ppm，不符規定者有13件（佔14.9%）。另外盒包裝或容器標示檢查方面，不符規定者有國產品13件、輸入品12件及未標示國別者4件，合計29件，佔33.3%。標示不符合規定項目以外包裝未標示「用法」最多，有13件（佔14.9%），本調查結果將提供行政管理參考。

In order to investigate the quality of marketed cosmetics perfume and nail polish, 87 samples were randomly collected from cosmetics stores, drug stores or pharmacies by local health bureaus in Taiwan area from January to October, 2009. These samples were analyzed for four kinds of phthalate esters, including DBP, BBP, DEHP and DNOP by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The result showed that the level of phthalate esters in 13 samples was higher than the announced level of 100 ppm by Department of Health. In addition, 29 samples (33.3%) violated the labeling regulation requirements.
