原漢族群、家庭社經地位及休閒參與對高中職體育班學生心理幸福之影響

Effect of Aborigine and Han Ethnic Background, Socioeconomic Status, and Leisure Participation on the Psychological Well-Being of High School Athletes

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討原漢族群,及家庭社經地位等變項,並將休閒參與視為影響心理幸福的中介變項,以釐清影響心理幸福的因果機制。本研究針對臺灣地區高中職體育班學生採用分層比率隨機叢集抽樣進行問卷調查,共獲得有效問卷827份,並透過描述統計、因素分析,及多元迴歸分析進行資料處理。研究結果發現高中職體育班學生休閒參與愈多則心理幸福中的成就感愈佳,且漢族學生相較於原住民學生有較多的靜態休閒參與行為;然而,學生的父親職業地位愈高其心理幸福中的人際疏離感也愈大。

This study attempts to clarify the relationship among ethnic classification, family socioeconomic status, leisure participation and psychological well-being. This study used a questionnaire-based survey with a random-clustered sampling from high school athletes in Taiwan. Based on 827 valid questionnaires, we obtained descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression analyses. We found that the more high school athletes engaged in leisure activities, the greater their sense of accomplishment of the psychological well-being. Although Han students engaged in more passive leisure activities than Aboriginal students, students whose fathers had higher occupational status displayed a greater sense of interpersonal psychological alienation.
