摘要

本研究旨在探討消防人員休閒參與對身心健康的現況及其主要影響因素。本研究採橫斷式調查法，以臺東縣所有消防人員為研究對象，使用結構式問卷收集資料，有效問卷268份。所得資料透過描述性統計及多元迴歸等方法分析。研究結果如下：消防人員有較佳之運動型休閒參與，則生理健康較佳，然而有技藝型、知識文化型之休閒參與較少，另外，有較佳之運動型休閒參與，則有較佳心理健康，至於技藝型之運動型休閒參與較少。

This study aims to explore the influence of leisure participation of the firefighters in Taitung County on physical and mental Health. Through cross-sectional study, this study targets at all the firefighters in Taitung County. The data are collected in terms of structured questionnaire. The total of 268 valid questionnaires have been collected. The conclusions of the study under descriptive statistics and regression analysis are as follow: The firefighters with better leisure participation in sports have better physical health but have less leisure participation in skills and knowledge and culture. Besides, those with better leisure participation in sports have better mental health but have less leisure participation in skills and knowledge and culture.
