中型現代化城市發展綠能產業策略分析－以台北市為例

Strategy Analysis on Development of Green Energy Industry for Modern Medium-Sized City Exemplified by Taipei

摘要

台北市基本上屬於亞熱帶中型現代化都市，其特點為：人口密集，土地稀少，建築林立，交通流量大。經SWOT交叉分析，本文整理出台北市最適合發展的綠能產業為建築節能與電力運輸，其中，最具有發展優勢的產業又有下列四項：電動車、LED照明、變頻空調與ESCO（Energy Service Company）。尤其重要的是，由於台北市位居國內外政治、交通、科技與商業金融中心，如果配合優渥的再生能源發展潛力，台北市很有可能發展成為一座國際化的綠能產業重鎮，達到經濟發展、環保減碳與能源自主等三大目標。

Taipei, a subtropical medium modern city, is essentially featured by high population density, scarce land, and large traffic flow. In this articles, through SWOT analysis, we induce that the most priorities for Taipei to develop the green energy industries are the building's energy conservation and the electrified transportation, specifically, the following four items: electric vehicles, LED lighting, air conditioner inverter, and ESCO (Energy Service Company). Taipei is a domestic and international key pivot of politics, transportation, technology, commerce and finance. If combined with the excellent potential for renewable energy development, Taipei City is tremendously likely to become an internationalized green industrial hub, achieving the ”3E” goals of economic development, environmental protection, and energy independence.
