應用碎形理論於與紡織紋樣設計的分析,可以得到一種設計複雜度和辨識度資訊。碎形與圖像之間存在著一種自然關聯,紡織紋樣實際上就是一種在紡織布面上設計的圖像,故碎形理論可應用於紡織紋樣設計的分析。本文主要是以碎形理論中的碎形維數為基礎,研究並發展一套紡織紋樣測度與分析方法。根據傳統碎形幾何理論的碎形維數進行研究,討論紡織紋樣的構造形態和圖元的數學參數關係,建立一個實際的碎形維數的分析模型。最後,透過MATLAB的圖像處理功能與碎形理論中的盒子維數計算方法,發展紡織紋樣的碎形維數分析計算程序,針對紡織紋樣的構造形態和圖元表面特性進行分析。
The surface shape of textile patterns has important influence to construct such characteristics as analysis, transformation and compression to the patterns, etc. Study of the surface shape of textile patterns are consequently of great interest for many practical purpose. The main purpose of this paper is to use the fractal dimension to analyze the characteristics of the textile pattern design. We will first give a brief description of Fractal Theory and the characteristic analysis of the textile patterns. Based on box-counting method, an algorithm is derived to calculate the fractal dimension of textile patterns. Then, a computing program of the fractal dimension is developed with help of MATLAB. Through this program, the surface shape of textile patterns is described. The results of this paper developed an effective tool to analysis the surface characteristics of textile pattern design.
