摘要

本研究探討新產業新業務系統開發之軟體專案，經由執行銀行信用卡、網路銀行及金融EDI之新軟體開發與導入專案，據以發現其軟體開發與導入成功關鍵之因素。研究個案為某軟體公司執行銀行信用卡、網路銀行及金融EDI新營運管理系統，軟體公司公司員工數達240人，銀行成立逾60年，資本額超過新台幣600億元。透過個案分析所得之成功關鍵因素，在產業知識、資訊技術及專案管理三構面分別為：（1）產業知識：資訊軟體業者所提供的服務，更要擴及於管理諮詢，提供使用者管理上的解決方案。（2）資訊技術：除了作業系統上了初步的標準外。其他軟體元件、產業應用等技術，應力求技術能力的提昇。（3）專案管理：應建立專業應用領域之技術能力。

This study analyzes factors, which contribute to the successful operation of software packages implemented to credit card service, e-banking and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) in the banking industry. Through exploring a case, we wish to establish the relevancy of key factors to the design of software package. We find that domain knowledge, information technology and project management all matter importantly to implement the project. The aspect of domain knowledge indicates of the need for functions allowing users to organize and find solutions out of the software package. The aspect of information technology indicates that one goes byond the capacity of operational system which also needs the capacity to upgrade software standard and technological development for other features. The aspect of project management emphasizes on the allowance of software package to adopt new technology to manage these projects effectively.
