摘要

本研究針對供給與需求變動下的物流模式進行探討，並依據業者捷盛物流的資料，假設該公司共分配了三個物流中心，各物流中心供應了十個門市的需求，各物流中心有配送至每個門市的成本，在各供需點的變數皆相等的情況下，分別對供應量減少、需求量增加、供應量增加、需求量減少時的成本變化進行探討，對於物流中心的指派做出最佳的建議。

This study focuses on the Logistics Assignment on the Changeable Demand and Supply. In this study, based on industry data provided by the Logistics company, allocated three logistics centers to serve the needs of stores, we assume that the logistics center and distribution cost, and a changeable supply and demand, respectively. The scenarios include reduced supply, increased demand, increased supply, and reduced demand. The costs were discussed for assignment to make the best recommendations.
