在資訊科技時代,若完全要藉由法律要求與規範所有資訊行為,顯然已緩不濟急,不管是「資訊隱私權」、資訊錯誤責任歸屬、「資訊產權」及「資訊存取權」已成為組織營運關鍵成功因素之一。本研究以實踐大學資訊管理系資訊倫理教育成效改善為例,透過資管系受過「企業倫理」及「資訊倫理與法律課程,分別於2015年及2016年各54小時之四年級同學為對象,訪談式問卷調查,運用投票式權重評選模式及品質機能展開法,發現「資訊隱私權、資訊錯誤責任歸屬、資訊產權、資訊存取權」等4項因素之資訊倫理需求,透過家庭教育、社會教育與學校教育之探討,發現不同教學方式,以提升大學資訊倫理教育成效。
In the information technology era, it is imperative that the information is in the global environment where it is not necessary to rely on all the legal requirements and norms to conduct all information operations, whether it is Privacy, Accuracy, Property and Accessibility have become one of the key success factors in the organization's operations. We hope to improve this education effectiveness of information ethics on Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus as an example. By students who had 54 hours of "Business Ethics" and "Information Ethics and Law" courses, to carry out questionnaires in 2015 and 2016, respectively. The voting-ranking model and Quality Function Development are used to evaluate and calculate the weights of four information ethics ranking as the "Privacy, Accuracy, Property and Accessibility". They will be improved effectiveness through family education, society education and school education. Finally, we find different teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of information ethics at university education.
