老化是全球關注的重要議題,面對無法逆轉的高齡化趨勢。如何有效的成功老化,是許多學者研究的問題。而太極拳被認定是對健康促進與延緩老化有一定功效之休閒運動,因此本研究的目的在了解太極拳參與者休閒涉入對於其獲得的休閒效益與成功老化之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以太極拳參與者為對象,共回收有效問卷263 份,以結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。研究結果發現:(1)太極拳參與者休閒涉入正向影響休閒效益;(2)太極拳參與者休閒涉入正向影響成功老化;(3)太極拳參與者休閒效益正向影響成功老化。結論:太極拳運動獲得的休閒效益有助於成功老化,並對於未來推廣太極拳運動給予建議。
Aging is an important global issue. Faced with the irreversible aging trend, how to promote the successful aging effectively is the issue researched by many scholars. And Tai Chi Chuan is considered as the leisure sport which has the certain efficacy to promote health and delay aging. Therefore, this study aims to understand the relationship between leisure benefits obtained through leisure involvement and successful aging of Tai Chi Chuan participants. This study adopted the questionnaire survey and took Tai Chi Chuan participants as the subjects; totally 263 valid questionnaires were retrieved and SEM was employed as the analysis tool. The research results show that: (1) leisure involvement of Tai Chi Chuan participants has the positive effect on leisure benefits; (2) leisure involvement of Tai Chi Chuan participants has the positive effect on successful aging; (3) leisure benefits of Tai Chi Chuan participants have the positive effect on successful aging. Conclusion: the leisure benefits obtained from Tai Chi Chuan contribute to successful aging and this study also provides suggestions for the promotion of Tai Chi Chuan in the future.
