工業革命後,人類建立空前的經濟繁榮,卻也漸漸面臨全球暖化與自然資源匱乏之環境危機。「資源回收」對於解決廢棄物的問題雖極具價值,台灣卻仍存在垃圾產生量與排碳量居高不下的問題;因此,藉由環境教育推廣與生活行為制約等方式,來強化資源循環之觀念,已成為台灣環境教育重要的課題。本研究採取準實驗研究方式,皆在探討經「3R資源循環」教學方案實施後,對提升國小四年級學童資源循環知識、態度、行為與減碳效益之成效。研究對象為嘉義縣、四年級學童,一班為實驗組,接受7週21節的3R資源循環教學方案;另一班則為對照組,不參與教學活動。利用自編之「資源循環知識、態度問卷」為研究工具,在教學活動前、後進行評測,並將前、後測資料進行統計分析。此外,記錄研究對象之班級資源回收量與垃圾處理量等資料,來自命解3R資源循環教學對學童資源、循環行為和減碳總致益之影響。研究結果發現實驗組學童在接受「3R資源循環」教學方案後,其資源、循環知識、態度、行為的表現均優於對照組。在資源循環減碳總效益方面,實驗組經教學後的減碳總效益較前測紀錄成長超過7倍,對照組的減碳總效益較前測紀錄退步。最後根據結論,作者提出具體建議,以供教育當局參考。
Since industrial revolution, the human beings have experienced an unprecedented economy booming. But, we are gradually facing the environmental problems caused by global warming and the lack of natural resource. Admittedly, "Resource recycling" contributes to solving the problem of litters. But the matters of carbon emissions and numerous amount of garbage still exist. Therefore, it is an essential issue for Taiwan to strengthen the concept of "Resource Recycling" by education via ways such as promoting environmental education and discipline the behaviors. This study employed quasi-experimental method. It aimed to investigate the effects on the advancement of knowledge, altitude, behaviors on "Resource Recycling" of fourth graders caused by practicing the teaching program of "3R resource cycling". The object of the research was forth graders in Chiayi City. One of the classes was experimental group, containing 20 students. They received 21 lessons of carbon-reducing recycling teaching program, which lasted for 7 weeks. Another class, which was control group, also contains 20 students. They didn't participate in the teaching program. Using a self-designed questionnaire about the altitude and knowledge of recycling as a researching tool to evaluate the students before and after the teaching program. In addition, recorded the information including classes' daily amount of recycling and waste disposal and students interviewing. Using the information to understand the effect on the efficiency of carbon-reducing and the doings of recycling caused by the teaching program. The result shows that students in experimental group have a better performance on several aspects than control group after receiving the "3R resource recycling" teaching program. The aspects includes "3R resource recycling" knowledge, altitude and behaviors. After the teaching program, the carbon reduction benefits of experimental group has redoubled 8 times than pretesting has recorded. On the other hand, the control group regresses. Lastly, the researcher proposed concrete suggestions generalized by the conclusion to the education units as a reference.
