影響標槍投擲的最主要的動作技術為出手速度與角度,較佳的出手速度與角度會產生較遠的投擲距離。目的:故本研究嘗試觀察優秀標槍運動員的投擲技術,並透過科學量化,以提升運動成績。方法:受試者為全國大專運動會第一名之優秀標槍選手,利用高速攝影機蒐 集選手之在比賽的動作,並利用Kwon 3D進行運動學參數分析,最後以描述性統計呈現運動學之差異。結果:優秀運動員標槍投擲有較少的最後第三步、最後第二步及最後第一步著地時間,及投擲標槍之出手角度為33~37度間搭配出手高度180~ 185公分間會產生較佳的標槍投擲距離。結論:國內外優秀運動員,其成績可能為著地時間及出手高度而有差異,國外優秀標槍選手之著地時間均小於國內優秀標槍選手,當槍體擲出瞬間的槍體角度小於45度時,國外優秀標槍選手之出手高度均大於國內優秀標槍選手。
The main action technique that impact the performance of javelin throwing are the shooting speed and shooting angle, and better shooting speed and shooting angle would produce farther throwing distance. Purpose: Accordingly, the present study observed the throwing technique of elite javelin throwers by means of scientific quantization to promote the athletic performance. Purpose: The aim of the study is to understand the factors of throwing technique of elite javelin throwers in Taiwan so as to facilitate the regulation and control of technique and improve the athletic performance. Method: The first prize of the excellent javelin players in the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games is recruited as the participant. The high speed camera was used to collect the movement of the players in the game, and the kinematic parameters were analyzed by Kwon 3D. The difference of kinematics was presented by descriptive statistics. Results: The excellent athletes have less grounded time for the third-last step, the second-last step and the last step when throwing javelin, and athletes throw javelin at the shooting angle of 33 to 37 degrees with a shooting height of 180 to 185 cm will produce better javelin throwing distance. Conclusion: The results of excellent athletes at home and abroad may differ due to grounded time and shooting height. The average grounded time of foreign excellent javelin players is less than the domestic excellent javelin players, and in the case of the shooting angle of javelin is less than 45 degrees at the moment of the javelin thrown off, the shooting height of foreign excellent javelin is higher than the domestic excellent javelin players.
