矯正機關內教化活動、監禁壓力及生活適應關係之研究

本研究以矯正署高雄第二監獄之收容人為研究對象，目的在了解矯正機關內之收容人教化活動參與、監禁壓力及生活適應之情形，並探討不同人口統計變項之收容人，其教化活動參與與監禁壓力及生活適應的差異及相互間之關係。研究問卷以分層抽樣方式進行發放，問卷回收後，再以SPSS 19.0 統計軟體進行獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數及皮爾森積差相關等分析，研究結果發現：（一）在教化活動參與上、不同年齡、教育程度及刑期長度之收容人其康樂性活動參與呈顯著差異；而不同入監前職業及犯罪類型之收容人其在體育性活動參與達顯著差異。（二）在監禁壓力上，不同婚姻狀況及犯罪類型收容人其霸凌被害壓力有顯著差異，其餘皆未達顯著差異。（三）在監生活適應方面，不同年齡、教育程度、入監前職業、服刑經驗及犯罪類型收容人其起居管教達顯著差異；不同婚姻狀況、服刑經驗及刑期長度收容人其出獄面對達顯著差異；不同教育程度及犯罪類型收容人其溝通管道亦達顯著差異。（四）在教化活動參與、監禁壓力及在監生活適應呈現相關性，表示監獄內舉辦教化活動確實能緩解收容人之監禁壓力及生活適應。

The current study, with prisoners in Kaohsiung Second Prison, Agency of Corrections Ministry of Justice as the participants, aimed to examine the participation of civilization activities, imprisonment pressure, and life adaptability among prisoners in corrective institutions. to examine relationship among participation of civilization activities, imprisonment pressure, and life adaptability from prisoners of different demographic variables. A stratified sampling was employed. Data analysis included Independent Samples t-Test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results were as follows: 1. Significant differences in participation of civilization activities were found in the recreational aspect of prisoners with different ages、education background and imprisonment length. Also Significant differences were found in the sport activities aspect of prisoners with different crime types、before imprisonment's occupation. 2. Significant differences in imprisonment pressure were found in Bullying victims of prisoners with different marital statuses and crime types. The others were not found. 3. In terms of imprisonment life adaptability, Significant differences were found in prisoners with different ages、education background、before imprisonment's occupation、imprisonment experiences and crime types with regard to daily life civilization. Significant differences in after discharge were found in prisoners with different marital statuses、imprisonment experiences and imprisonment length. With regard to communication channels, significant differences were found in prisoners with different education background and crime types. 4. Correlations were found among participation of civilization activities, imprisonment pressure, and imprisoned life adaptability, suggesting that civilization activities relieved prisoners' imprisonment pressure and life adaptability.
