2015年全國全民中州盃籃球錦標賽選手正向心理與運動自我效能探悉

摘要


目的:比較不同背景變項籃球選手在正向心理的差異、比較不同背景變項籃球選手在運動自我效能的差異。以2015 年全國全民中州盃籃球錦標賽的選手為對象,發出問卷790 份,獲得有效問卷668 份 (84.5%)。研究工具為樂觀量表與運動自我效能量表問卷。所得資料以獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關統計方法進行。結果:一、比較不同背景變項的籃球選手在正向心理的差異。(一)在樂觀傾向與信念影響構面女性高於男性。(二)不同參賽組別,觀傾向構面排序前三由高至低依序為,高女、社女、國女組;信念影響構面為國女、高女、社女組。(三)不同教育程度,樂觀傾向為碩士以上、大學及高中、國中組以下;信念影響為碩士以上、大學、高中組。二、比較在不同背景變項的籃球選手在運動自我效能的差異。(一)不同性別情緒調節與調節焦點構面女性高於男性。(二)不同的參賽組別,情緒調節構面排序前三由高至低依序為社女、國女、高女組;調節焦點為社女、國女、高女組。(三)不同教育程度,情緒調節構面為碩士以上、高中職、大學;調節焦點為碩士以上、大學、高中職。

This study aims at discussing the influence of background variables on positive psychology and self-efficacy among basketball players. The objects are athletes participating in National Basketball Championship, Chung Chou Cup in 2015. 668 valid questionnaires (84.5%) were retrieved out of 790 copies. The methodology includes Independent-Samples t Test, one way Analysis of variance, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient via Life Orientation Test and Exercise Self-Efficacy questionnaires. Significant results of positive psychology are as followed: 1. Female athletes are more positive than male athletes in optimism tendency and persuasion. 2. Female athletes in senior high, adults, and that in junior high show the most to the least. The persuasion influence on female athletes in junior high, senior high, and the adults shows the most, the second and the third. 3. Athletes studying in master programs or above, in colleges and senior high, and in junior high are ranked from the most significant to the least. Significant results of self-efficacy are as followed: 1. Females athletes show more indication in emotion regulation and regulatory focus than male athletes. 2. In both emotion regulation and regulatory factor, female adult athletes, ones in junior high, and that in senior high are ranked from the highest to the lowest. 3. The female athletes in master programs or above, in senior and junior high schools, and then in colleges are ranked from the most to the least; as for regulatory focus, the ranks are ones in master programs or above, colleges, and then junior high.
