體育教師工作價值觀現況之探討-以大專教師為例

PE Teachers Work Values Now Investigate The Situation- A Case Study In College Teachers

摘要


本研究目的在探討大專體育教師教學工作價值觀之現況與關係。本研究以自編之「探討大專體育教師工作價值觀之研究問卷」為研究工具,經信、效度考驗後,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,以國內168所大專院校之約820位體育教師為研究樣本,來測量大學校院體育教師整體工作投入之現況,並根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以供教育行政主管機關、大專院校體育教師參考,期能讓大專體育教師具備積極而正向之工作價值觀。本研究共發出研究問卷680份,回收有效問卷406份,有效問卷回收率為59.7%,所得資料經統計分析後獲得以下發現,大專體育教師之整體工作價值觀與工作價值觀各構面屬於中上程度,年資、兼任行政職務、職等等背景變項,在體育教師之工作價值觀有顯著差異。

This study was aimed to explore the status of college sports teaching of teachers' work values and relationships. In this study, the self "Discussion college sports teacher Values Questionnaire" as a research tool, the reliability and validity test after using stratified random sampling, about 820 PE teachers in universities and colleges of the country 168 the study sample to measure the status of a large school yard sports overall investment of the teacher, and according to the findings, conclusions and recommendations to the administrative authorities for education, universities and sports teacher reference of college PE teachers have to make an active and positive to the work values. In this study, 680 questionnaires were issued study recovered 406 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate was 59.7%, information obtained after the discovery that the statistical analysis, the overall work values and work values of college PE teachers belonging to various facets of the extent , seniority, part-time administrative position, level and so on background variables, there were significant differences in work values of PE teachers.
