Group Decision Making Using Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relations under Uncertain Environment

運用模糊語意偏好關係於群體決策

摘要


當面臨複雜問題時,評估者通常會使用模糊偏好關係來表達對於準則之意見,最近很多關於模糊偏好關係之研究已引起相當多的探討,而這些文章雖模糊偏好關係,但所建構之模糊偏好關係矩陣是明確值,通常表達對態度或準則之看法,模糊語意質較優於明確值,因此,本篇論文以一制性偏好關係並結合模糊語意值用於群體決策,建構一套方法稱一致性模糊語意偏好關係(Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relations, Fuzzy LinPreRa),該方法可提供評估者在不確定情況下做更有效率的決策,本論文並以一個實例說明該方法實施之步驟。

When facing problems, evaluators use fuzzy preference relations to express their opinions toward attributes or alternatives. Studies on fuzzy preference relations have been gained much attention recently, but the values of constructing fuzzy preference relations are crisp. This paper thus proposes the evaluators the consistent fuzzy linguistic preference relations (Fuzzy LinPreRa) parameterized with fuzzy linguistic variables rather than crisp values to compare the alternatives/attributes. Furthermore, an approach for group decision making based on the Fuzzy LinPreRa method is presented. The proposed method enables evaluators to deal with some uncertainty or vagueness and ensures a more convincing and effective decision making. A practical example is demonstrated to illustrate this method.
