吉安市保育员工作现状调查研究

本研究以吉安市三所公办园和九所民办园的保育员为调查对象，共抽取85名保育员进行问卷调查，并分别从公办园和民办园各抽取两名保育员和一名园长进行非正式访谈。其目的是通过对其保育员工作现状的研究，描述现状、发现问题，同时提出相应的改进意见。首先，从保育员的队伍结构、生存、培训、参与教育活动、工作满意度和离职意向五个方面进行现状分析，以了解吉安市保育员工作现状中存在的问题。其次，通过分析现状发现吉安市保育员工作现状存在如下四个问题：保育员队伍结构有待优化、生存状况有待改善、培训有待完善和参教能力有待提高。最后，针对这些问题，提出了四条相应的建议：第一要加强保育员队伍稳定建设，提高保育工作质量。第二要改善保育员的生存状态，关怀重视保育员。第三要提高保育员入职门槛，重视职前培训和在岗培训。第四要提高保育员参教能力，促进专业化发展。

In this study, child-care workers in three public kindergartens and nine private kindergartens in Ji 'an city were investigated. A total of 85 child-care workers were selected for questionnaire survey, and two child-care workers and one principal were selected from public kindergartens and private kindergartens respectively for informal interview. The purpose of this study is to describe the current situation, find out the problems, and put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions. First of all, the status quo analysis is made from the five aspects of childcare workers' team structure, survival, training, participation in educational activities, job satisfaction and turnover intention, so as to understand the existing problems in the current situation of childcare workers in Ji 'an city. Secondly, through the analysis of the status quo, it is found that there are four problems as follows: the structure of child-care workers needs to be optimized, the survival situation needs to be improved, the training needs to be improved and the ability to participate in education needs to be improved. At last, four corresponding Suggestions are put forward to solve these problems. The second is to improve the survival of child-care workers, care and attention to child-care workers. Third, we should raise the entry threshold for child-care workers and attach importance to pre-service training and on-job training. Fourth, we should improve the ability of child-care workers to participate in education and promote professional development.
