An Invention of Dry-Powdered Fire Extinguisher Avoiding Polluting Environment

This study aimed to design a new type of training device of dry powder fire extinguisher. A fire extinguishing training device of dry-powdered fire extinguishers is able to prevent the floating sodium bicarbonate powder generated during training. Experimental researches and TRIZ methods are conducted. The software Inventor is adopted for designing, and the RP method is adopted for manufacturing model . After correlated coefficients are tested and completed, the substantial product starts to be designed and manufactured. In operation, the conventional training means that is conducted with an oil tray in an open space is prevented. Differently, the present invention allows the training to be conducted in a half-closed space by collecting the powder in a box via a powder inhaler in a short time, so that the environment is protected and it does not damage human being. Preferably, when it is getting difficult to find a space large enough for proceeding to the fire extinguishing training, and when the environmental concern is stressed gradually, the perspective of the fire extinguishing training device of the present invention in the practicality and market is more optimistic.In operation, a main part and a separate mask are combined, and a foldable cover is expanded for contributing to a half-closed space that is 4.5 meters in length, 1.5 meters in width, and 2 meters in height. When the gasoline on the oil tray is lit by an electronic firer, the powder is thence sprayed toward the oil tray for putting out the fire. A complete extinguishing procedure costs about thirty seconds, which is quite convenient. Cooperating with a wind direction adjusting device, the training device can simulate the practical situation in the scene of the fire, so that users can experience the real burning feeling along with winds. Moreover, when the dry powder is recycled, the training device of the present invention further protects environment.
