本研究主要探討肌肉收縮轉換運動訓練儀(Impulse Inertial Exercise System, IIES)在不同負荷與牽張幅度之下的運動表現。參與者為柔道專長男性18人,平均年齡19.17±1.07歲,平均身高173.51±4.76公分,平均體重為74.92±13.00公斤。利用Biovision關節角度計和加速規,來測量階段運動訓練技巧(phasic technique)中的轉換階段所花費的時間及加速度的變化情形,藉以得到轉換階段的加速度變化率(Jerk)。研究中利用變異數分析法來討論在不同牽張幅度及不同的運動負荷之下Jerk值的變化情形。結果發現:(一)經由Least Significance Difference Test (LSD)事後比較結果可以推測在IIES運動訓練過程中不管是在大(24英吋組)或是小(12英吋組)的牽張幅度Jerk值較大;(二)在負荷為0磅時,較大的牽張幅度(24英吋組)Jerk值;綜合上述結果可知IIES符合漸退式阻力訓練(regressive resistive exercise, RRE)。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the kinematics of Impulse Inertial Exercise System (DES) with different exercise loads and shuttle distances. Eighteen Judo athletes with the mean age of 19.17±1.07 years and mean weight and height at 74.92±13.0 kg and 173.51±4.76 cm respectively served as the subjects in this study. Biovision goniometer and accelerometer were used for the record of data. The data of goniometer and accelerometer were recorded throughout the range of motion of the knee extension and flexion with different exercise loads (0, 15, 30 pounds) and shuttle travel distances (12 and 24 inches). Two-way ANOVA, Paired t-tests and ANOVA were used to compare the changes of the velocity of the shuttle during the conversion phase of the muscle contraction under three different loads with 2 shuttle travel distances. Least Significance Difference Test (LSD) was also used for the post hoc comparison. The significant level was set at .05. The results showed that 1) light loads on the shuttle could induce faster muscle contraction, and 2) The acceleration change of the catch phase (Jerk) with load of 0 pound in 24-inch were significant larger than 12-inch. And it could be conform to the theory of Regressive Resistance Exercise (RRE).
