The purposes of this study were: 1. to compare the difference of sport participation among gender, body mass index, the time of watching TV/play video games, and participated in sport team, 2. to compare the difference of physical self-concept among gender, body mass index, participated in sport team, and sport participation. The subjects were 163 primary students ranged form 5th to 6th grades (include 87 males and 67 females). The research tool was Children’s Physical Self-Concept Inventory. The collected data was analyzed by t-test (independent) and one-way ANOVA (independent). The results were as follows: 1. The boy students had higher sport participation than girl student, and scored better on physical self-concept (strength). 2. The students who participated in sport team had higher sport participation than the students who did not participated in sport team, and scored better on physical self-concept (endurance). 3. The low BMI students scored better than the high BMI students on physical self-concept (figure, appearance, endurance, and power).4. The low BMI students scored better than the standard BMI students on physical self-concept (figure). 5. The standard BMI students scored better than the high BMI students on physical self-concept (figure and power). 6. The high sport participation students scored better than the low sport participation students on physical self-concept (softness, endurance, and strength).
