本文研究的目的是探討多球訓練在桌球運動上的應用,從瞭解多球訓練的主要作用、優缺點及限制等,進而熟悉實施多球訓練的基本要求、安排與練習方法,提供國內桌球教練在安排及實施多球訓練的參考,使多球訓練能充分正確地應用於各階段的訓練中,且迅速、有效地提昇選手的競技能力。在科學化運動訓練的時代,競技比賽在一定程度上可說是訓練法的比賽,訓練方法的正確與否,是運動技術能否提高的關鍵,更直接影響比賽表現。多球訓練的方式方法多種多樣,選手可依個別需求選擇不同的練習方式或不斷創新方法,其方法必須客觀實際,特別在結合技術練習部分,不同旋轉或落點的連結都不能脫離比賽實際狀況,唯有合理的訓練才能有好的效果。
In the scientific movement training era, competition is related to the training method. The training method, proper or not, is the key which enhances the technique of sport and which will influence the athletes' performance. The purpose of this study was to probed into table tennis' multi-ball training method as applied to table tennis' training. The understanding of multi-ball training's applications, pro and con, and limitations will facilitate the understanding of multi-ball training's basic demands, arrangement, and practice method. This understanding will serve as a reference for coaches to organize and imply the multi-ball training proper in various ways. The result will improve athletes' contestant ability rapidly and effectively. There are many multi-ball training methods. The athletes can chose different types for their own needs. The athletes also can unceasingly adapt the method for certain purposes. The application must notice objective reality, unification of technique, and different ball spin or the point of descent. Those are not separated from the actual conditions. After sound multi-ball training, the athletes will receive positive results.
