摘要

冒險治療領域在近十年來不管是學術或者是實務工作，在歐美紐澳國家已有顯著的成長，愈來愈多人知道這種治療方式。但對於台灣不管是心理治療，臨床心理，諮商輔導，與戶外冒險領域都是陌生的。筆者身為「治療式冒險專業組織」Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group (TAPG)的成員，特別就此文，提供讀者對於冒險治療的理論與原則的初步認識，但同樣的，筆者也深信冒險治療應該有更廣的心理健康治療的發展。透過本文，相信更能了解冒險治療與其他治療模式相近之處與其自身在治療領域的獨特處。

The academic and practice fields of Adventure Therapy (AT) are experiencing substantial growth and become well-know in western countries during the past ten years; however, in Taiwan, in the fields of psychotherapy, clinical psychology, counseling, and outdoor adventure are still unfamiliar with AT. The author is the member of Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group (TAPG). Through his profession, this article is intended to provide an overview for those readers to help themselves better understanding the theories and principals of AT. The author believes that there is broader mental health treatment based on AT to heal the clients. This paper also figures out the theoretical constructs in commons and differences comparing with other treatments and highlights the unique of AT.
