本文目的在於探討Type 2 DM (T2D)運動建議之適合度,其重點為針對體能特色及其他特殊性給予專一性的建議。研究顯示T2D體能較同年齡之健康者差,其最大攝氧量約為20 mL•min^(-1)•kg^(-10 (6 METs),安全有效之運動強度位於通氣閾約為12.5-14 mL•min^(-1)•kg^(-1)之間(相當於3.6-4 METs),而自主神經病變者宜採更低的建議量。運動之於健康的效益在於每次運動之生理效益累積,1997年以後已有許多研究顯示熱量消耗量可能為影響血糖下降、胰島素敏感度增加的主要因素,再加上運動執行的可行性與維持度的考量,使得一天之活動量的總消耗了為T2D一級和二級防治的主軸,研究建議單次運動時間最好超過20分鐘,每日累積的分鐘以上,一週額外之活動總消耗熱量依不同需求建議介於500至2000 Kcal之間。
The purpose of this article was to find out the optimal exercise suggestions for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2D). According to study results, T2D have lower VO2(subscript max) than health subjects and 3.6-4 METs was effective and safe exercise intensity for T2D. Studies demonstrated the total energy expenditure was also the main factor to decrease blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity. It was also primary and secondary care main points. To summarized, longer than 20 mm per section and accumulated 40 mm per day were recommended for them. Total calories output was from 500 to 2000 per week.
