「靈性健康」學術論文之發展趨勢探析

近年來，學術界興起了一股研究人類靈性健康的浪潮，「靈性健康」已逐漸被應用於教育、醫療、行政領導等等場域中。然而，對於人是否有靈性健康的觀點仍然人言言殊，而有所爭議。本文透過中外文獻，就宗教與心理學的角度，以釐清人類靈性健康的定義及內涵，並對國內相關學術論文加以評析，以探究目前靈性健康學術論文之發展趨勢。最後提出結論如下：一、靈性健康成爲宗教界、學術界及一般人所關心的議題，不再於學界中束之高閣；二、靈性健康的定義仍處於分歧不清的情況，特別是容易和心理健康的概念相互混淆；三、儘管靈性健康的定義不清，卻已逐漸被應用於教育、醫療、行政領導等領域。另外提出以下建議供未來研究參考：一、宜突破對靈性健康研究的科學典範，並且不避諱於教科書中介紹靈性健康；二、宜藉由各種學門來探索靈性健康的真義，以突破對靈性健康的認識；三、宜應深切瞭解靈性健康的內涵再行應用之，否則有張冠李戴之疑慮。

Recently, the tide of spiritual health research emerges in the academic world and it's applied widely in education, medical treatment, administration, and so on. However, it's still disputing about the existence of people's spiritual health. The aim of this article is to explain the true essence of spiritual health, comment and analyze on its related research, and thus we'll get the developmental trend in papers of spiritual health. Finally we got some consequences: l. Spiritual health is widely concerned with nowadays; 2. The essence of spiritual health is often confused with mental health; 3. Spiritual health is widespread in many field in spite of its confusing definition. As a result, we provided some suggestions for the future research: 1. We should keep an open mind in new academic fields and try to break the paradigm; 2. We should explore the true essence of spiritual health from any academic field; 3. Before applying spiritual health in any field, we should first understand the true meaning of it.
