淺談高中職階段未來想像與創意之人才培育

Nurture of Futures Imagination and Creative Talent in Senior High School

摘要


在校園中推動未來想像與創意的人才培育,必須能夠兼顧到領域或議題的知識學習,思考方法的教導與練習,以及未來想像思考習慣、情感動機的培養。就高中職階段學生而言,必須更加著重和既有學科教學的相嵌與融入,且給予合適的表現機會。本研究針對教育部「高級中等學校未來想像與創意人才培育計畫」所補助的17所高中職個案,透過各校的計畫書、執行報告等文件,以及實際至各區座談、訪談各校承辦教師等記錄,進行資料收集,並分析其課程發展的現況。研究結果發現:一、在未來想像教育初期推展的過程中,多數高中職校仍採取非正式或是融入的方式規劃課程。在採取社團或營隊方式進行直接課程的學校當中,多半是以外聘講座辦理多場次演講的方式進行。二、未來想像教育的推動,對於參與學校的學生、教師以及學校文化均產生了一些催化與效應。在學生方面,獲得未來思考與實踐的能力;教師方面,除了提升自身對未來想像教育的積極態度,對於未來想像的核心能力與概念亦能漸次掌握;在學校文化方面,則逐漸建構出服膺具未來想像教育模式的學校願景。高中職階段是國家培育專業人才的預備階段,若能在此階段善加透過未來想像與創意教育,提升學生思考與實踐的能力,將成為後續更高階人才培育源源不絕且優質的活水源頭。

For the education of futures imagination and creative talent in campus, it is important to include the knowledge learning of profession and related subjects, the coaching and practicing of thinking methods, as well as the raising of thinking tendency and emotional motivation of future imagination. Especially in the senior high school, the focus shall be embedding and harmonizing with academic courses as well as having opportunity for students to express themselves. By the way of document analysis and interview, present research collected data from the proposals and reports of 17 senior high schools and vocational high schools in the program of Creativity and Imagining the Future in Education, and also collected data from the conferences and teacher interviews. Researchers analyzed the situation of the curricular development and find that: 1. In the initial period of course of futures imagination, most of the senior high schools and the vocational high schools conducted the course by the informal way or integrated model. Among the schools conducting the direct courses through the clubs and activities in the school, holding the speeches by outside instructors was frequently applied. 2. The course of Imagining the Future changes and much helps the students, teachers and school culture. Students gain the ability of future thinking and achieving. Teachers formed the positive attitude and gradually established the core competency and concepts of future imagining education. Steps by steps, school constructed the vision consistent with education models of future imagining. Senior high school and vocational high school education is the pre-stage of professional talent education in the country. Future imagination and creativity education nurture student's abilities of thinking and action in this stage, and will become the continuous and excellent inspiration of superior talent education in next stage.
