It's thinking, not age, that determine the competence of imagine futures and performing creativity. The boundary of worldview you have hold affected whether you can have different scenarios of the future; your will, decide whether your preferable future could come true. The authors grounded in a professional development approach for adult education practitioners to strengthen their future thinking and to enlighten imagination and creativity. We devoted to scaffold multiple organizational learning process, a systemic approach to organizational learning from individual, organizational and inter-organizational level. The paper reviewed our engagement in this project, and some bumpy road towards innovating our professional engagement embedded in workplace of Community University. Based on these efforts then emerged a structured professional development pathway for "change maker". The papers concluded with our reflections on these professional engagement.
