父母教養方式與高中生學業自尊之關聯性研究曁未來時間觀之中介效果分析

Relationship between Parent Rearing Patterns and Academic Self-esteem among Senior High School Students: The Moderating Role of Future Time Perspective

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中生知覺之父母教養方式、未來時間觀與學業自尊的相關情形。研究對象以立意分層取樣方式自臺灣桃園區各鄉鎮市挑選出公、私立普通高中學生,有效樣本共670 人(男生284 人,女生386 人),研究工具主要包含修編之「父母教養方式量表」、「未來時間觀量表」與「學業自尊量表」。所得資料以多變項變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、簡單迴歸分析、多元迴歸分析與中介效果檢定進行統計考驗。主要研究結果摘要如下:ㄧ、高中生知覺之父母教養方式與未來時間觀、學業自尊呈現顯著正相關;二、高中生未來時間觀與學業自尊呈現顯著正相關;三、高中生知覺之「父親關懷」、「父親保護」與「母親關懷」對於未來時間觀有顯著預測力;四、未來時間觀對於學業自尊有顯著預測力;五、未來時間觀對高中生知覺之「父母關懷」、「父母保護」與學業自尊之關係有部分中介效果。針對上述結果加以討論,並提出各項建議,以供教育實務工作與後續相關研究之參考。

The purpose of this study were to investigate the relationships among parent rearing patterns, future time perspective and academic self-esteem of high school students. Study samples were collected from 670 of high school students in Taoyuan, Taiwan. All participants completed the Parent Rearing Patterns Scale, Future Time Perspective Scale and Academic Self-esteem Scale. The obtained data was analyzed by MANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.The main findings of the study were summarized as follows: (1)There were significantly positive relationship between high school students' parent rearing patterns, future time perspective and academic self-esteem.(2)There were significantly positive relationship between future time perspective and academic self-esteem.(3)"Father care " , "father protection" and "mother care" of high school students had significant predictive power on future time perspective.(4) Future time perspective had significant predictive power on academic self-esteem. (5)Future time perspective could partially mediate "parent care", "parent protection" and academic self-esteem of high school students. According to the findings of the study, suggestions were provided to education, counseling and future research respectively.
