「多功能幼教圍裙」創新研發與應用之研究

The Study of an Innovative Multifunctional Aprons for Preschool Teachers and Caregivers and its Application

摘要


圍裙對教保人員來說是實用的,但是坊間的工作圍裙大多專為家庭主婦所設計,不符專業工作所需的因素,而造成教保人員漸漸不著工作圍裙,因此研究者研發「多功能幼教圍裙」,具有「小小劇場」、「小小魔術」、「認識時鐘」、「發聲布偶」等創新功能,兼具防水材質及分隔口袋,可以幫助教保人員與幼兒互動及教學實際應用,本研究產品通過新型專利,參加北區專利實務競賽,獲得銀質獎。研究者先分析市售的圍裙的優缺點,再透過「心智圖法」找出實用功能做為產品設計的主要方向,完成設計圖及實際作品,最後進行量化研究及質化研究。量化研究方面,自編問卷,建立信效度,然後邀請三十位教保人員做為研究對象,研究結果發現多功能幼教圍裙之「個別特色」及「整體特色」均顯著優於傳統圍裙。質化研究方面,邀請十位教保人員實際使用「多功能圍裙」後,透過訪談分析使用情況、優缺點及改進方向。最後歸納結論,提出建議,作為未來研究之參考。

Aprons are practical for preschool teachers and caregivers, but most of the them are designed for housewives and are not suitable for professional work. Gradually, preschool teachers and caregivers don't wear aprons when working. The researchers developed "a multifunctional apron" which innovative features include "small theater", "little magic", " the clock", "voice puppet" and so on.It has been approved as a utility patent of ROC. It also won 2nd prize award in Northern Patent Practice Competition. The researchers first collected the apron products from markets, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of aprons from markets, identified the main features that we would adopt by "mind mapping ", drew the design diagram and madethe product. the quantitative research is also conducted by creating questionnaires for thirty preschool teachers and caregivers, The result shows that the individual and overall features of the multifunctional apron are significantly better than traditional aprons. The qualitative analysis result shows the shortages, advantages and what should be improved of our product. Finally, the researchers synthesized the results to make conclusions and recommendations for future research.
