運用創意牌卡輔導活動改善國小學童的憤怒及違規行為之行動研究:以咻卡為例

A Study of the Effectiveness of Welcome Cards Counseling Activities on Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究欲發展出一套輔導國小學生憤怒與違規行為輔助工具,協助教育現場的教師使用,降低學生負面情緒與違規行為的發生,解決因學生違規行為問題產生教室管理的難題。研究對象以新北市某公立國民小學44名中高年級學童為研究對象,均為各班老師提名且憤怒表現及違規行為輕度以上的學生,研究方法採實驗設計,隨機分派為二組,實驗組共22人,控制組共22人。實驗組進行為期九週,每週二次,每次10分鐘的進行個別學生的咻卡輔導活動,控制組則未參與咻卡輔導活動。本研究以「貝克兒童及青少年量表第二版中文版」(以下簡稱BYI-Ⅱ中文版)為研究工具,以單因子共變數分析進行統計處理,並加以分析。研究結果顯示咻卡輔導活動能顯著改善國小中高年級學生之憤怒程度,但未能在短期間顯著地改善國小中高年級學生之違規行為程度。最後,根據研究結果加以討論,並對教師及未來研究提出具體建議,以供後續教育實務及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of "Welcome Cards activities to improve anger and disruptive behavior for elementary school students. The participants were 44 grade 3-5 elementary school students in New Taipei City. Both the experimental and control group contained 22 students. The instrument used in the study was The Beck Youth Inventories-Second Edition (BYI-II) and Welcome Cards. The results showed that the Welcome Cards counselling activities significantly improved anger but found no significance in improving disruptive behavior for the experiment group. Suggestions for teacher and future research were provided.
