金龍旗到黑豹旗（1995-2019年）－臺灣甲子園的崩解與重生

黑豹旗全國高中棒球賽於2019年參賽隊數已達到破紀錄的二百零八隊，這不僅顯示黑豹旗成為高中棒壇的年度盛事，也凸顯不分級的棒球賽事，已成為不少高中社團球隊夢想的競爭殿堂。目的：考察金龍旗的創辦始末乃至黑豹旗的開展，探討「臺灣甲子園」變遷歷程與背後所隱藏之意涵。方法：本研究採用歷史研究法，將研究問題聚焦於不分級高中棒球賽的崩解與重生。結果：就歷史脈絡而言，不分級高中棒球賽，始於1995年所創立的金龍旗高中棒球錦標賽，然而受到黑道染指、簽賭弊端及經費困難等因素的影響，此一賽事僅為期八年便劃下休止符。慶幸的是，歷經十年沈靜後，黑豹旗誕生承接起「臺灣甲子園」旗幟。結論：黑豹旗被賦予了承先啟後之意義，延續金龍旗的精神，復興「臺灣甲子園」，使不分級的賽制重返球場，讓青年學子一圓投打對決之夢想，更重要的是也間接建構專屬於臺灣的「甲子園」回憶。

Purpose: The Black Panther Pennant National Senior High School Baseball Championships, the so-called ＂Taiwan Koshien,＂ reached record highs with the participation of 208 teams in 2019, confirming its reputation as the most popular high school baseball competition in Taiwan. The championship's policy of welcoming players of all levels gives student club teams the opportunity to compete with elite teams, turning the competition into a stage on which students realize their dreams. Methods: The historical research method was used, focusing on the collapse of the Golden Dragon Pennant, an all-level high school baseball competition, to its revival as the Black Panther Pennant between 1995 and 2019. Results: Amid the chaos of gang involvement, game fixing scandals, and funding shortages, the Golden Dragon Pennant unfortunately came to a halt after only 8 years. Its spirit was rekindled with the formation of the Black Panther Pennant a decade later. Conclusion: With a mission to inherit the past, usher in the future, and revive Taiwan Koshien, the Black Panther Pennant follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Golden Dragon Pennant. This all-level tournament allows all high school students, be they elite varsity teams from established powerhouse schools or club teams from regular institutions, to compete on the same stage. Most importantly, the tournament offers an opportunity for students to turn their dreams into reality and create their own once-in-a-lifetime memories of Taiwan Koshien.
