高雄地區國立大學學生職業期望探討

摘要

學生對於自己未來想從事的工作已有一定程度的認知與期望，他們會考慮到職業的未來發展性、有無符合個人興趣、工作地點適切性…等等，本研究將會進一步了解與分析大學生的職業期望。本研究採用自編問卷作為資料蒐集的工具，以平均數、標準差及T考驗來了解高雄地區國立大學學生在職業期望上的意見。研究結果發現：一、不同性別學生的職業期望沒有顯著差異。二、不同學校體系學生在職業期望上有顯著差異。

The students will get to know about their work in future and have lots of expectations of their job. They will consider their development in that career, whether the career meets their interest or not, or whether the location of working place is appropriate or not, and so forth. This research will being understood and analyzed university students' expectations in depth.And the questionnaire collecting data was made up by researcher. Such statistical methods as Mean, Standard deviation and T test were used for finding out concentration and difference of subjects, opinions occupational expectations from national university students. The results of study were found as follows:1. Students with different sex not have significant difference on occupational expectations.2. Students in the universities and vocational schools have significant difference on occupational expectations.
