機械產業員工的職業期望與差異性探討

摘要

本研究旨在探討機械產業員工的職業期望，並比較性別、年齡及教育程度等不同個人背景變項其職業期望的差異。本研究採用問卷調查研究法，使用工具為自編「職業期望問卷」，採立意抽樣法，針對高雄地區機械產業員工進行抽樣調查。樣本來源是以高雄縣、市機械產業員工為取樣範圍，受試樣本共612人，有效樣本數為544份。問卷調查所得資料分別以描述統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定以及獨立樣本單因子變異數分析加以處理。研究發現歸納成結論，臚列如下：一、機械產業員工的職業期望，最重視工作報酬。二、機械產業員工對於職業期望的因素，均有高度的重視。三、男、女員工在整體職業期望有顯著差異。四、不同年齡的機械產業員工對於整體職業期望沒有顯著差異。五、不同學歷的機械產業員工對於整體職業期望沒有顯著差異。

This study is to explore the vocational expectations of Machine Industry employees, and find out different variables which are sex, age and educational background may cause various vocational expectations. Questionnaire survey is used for this study and ”Vocational Expectation Questionnaire” is used for study tool. Purposive sampling is applying in Machine industry employee s in Kaohsiung City and County.612 Machine Industry employees in Kaohsiung City and County are sampled, and 544 questionnaires are effective. After processing data with descriptive statistical analysis, T-Test and One-way A VOV A, the study results are as follows:1. Machine Industry employees value Work Remuneration beyond all other vocational expectations.2. Machine Industry employees pay highly attention on all factors of vocational expectations.3. There are significant differences in overall vocational expectation between male and female Machine Industry employees.4. Machine Industry employees with different age have no significant differences in overall vocational expectation.5. Machine Industry employees with different educational background have no significant differences in overall vocational expectation.
