電子書在國民小學防災科技教育應用之探討

摘要


去年八八風災對南台灣的肆虐,喚起了大家對防災教育的重視。然而,防災教育的規畫與教學,已經施行多年了,隨著環境的變遷,對於課程架構與內涵,也應思考、調整,以因應國民小學教育的步伐。科技工具的發展日新月異,電子書的數位出版與閱讀器的開發,也不斷地推陳出新,我們期望藉由電子書的設計與編輯,融入防災科技教育的思維,開發設計電子書的防災教育教學模組,以探討其教學成效,做為推動防災教育的參考。茲以高雄縣的國小為範圍,針對在地特性來開發,依大寮鄉山頂國小和美濃鎮中壇國小、屏東市瑞光國小五、六年級的學生為對象,舉水災和人為災害二個類別為規畫設計的議題,進行在地特性的防災科技教育教學模組設計,專家意見分析,從事電子書的編輯與開發設計,並且實施實驗教學,以探討其教學成效。

The destruction caused by Typhoon in Southern Taiwan in August 8 of last year fueled the public's concern toward disaster prevention education. Yet, disaster prevention education planning and teaching have already been executed for many years. Along with environmental changes, the curricular framework and content should be analyzed and adjusted. Developments in technological tools happen every day. Developments in the publication of e-books and production of e-readers also are happening daily. We hope that through e-books design and compilation that can be integrated into disaster prevention and technology education and establish teaching models of disaster prevention education of e-book design. Teaching effectiveness will be explored to provide a reference for future promotion of disaster prevention education. The samples are fifth and sixth grade students in Kaohsiung County elementary schools including Daliao Township Shanding Elementary School and Meinung Village Zhongtan Elementary School. The main content focus will be on flood disaster and man-made disasters. The teaching strategies and designs and practical models of disaster prevention and technology education, analysis of experts' opinions, e-book compilation and design, and the implementation of the experimental teaching and investigated for teaching effectiveness.
