創意環境因素與學生創意表現之關係-在網路同步學習環境的探究

The Relations of the Work Environment for Creativity and Creative Performance in a web-based Synchronous Environment

摘要


本研究旨在分析在網路同步環境中,創新環境與創意表現的關係。本研究以創新環境感受為自變項,探討其與創作表現的相關性與預測力。本研究主要工具為創新環境量表及構想創意評量表,所獲得資料,以相關係數分析及多元迴歸分析進行統計。研究結果發現:(1).網路同步創新環境中,挑戰性的工作與創意表現有顯著相關,組織的障礙與創意表現的可行性也有顯著相關。(2).網路同步創新環境中,挑戰性工作對創意表現的各構面與整體,具有預測力。而創新環境中組織的障礙對創意表現的可行性,也具有預測力。

The purposes of this study were to discuss the relations of the work environment for creativity and creative performance in a web-based synchronous environment. Those instruments were Scale of the Work Environment for Creativity and Scale of Creative Ideas. The Pearson's correlation and a multi regression analysis were used to analyze those data collected in this study. Those main findings included: 1. There was a significant correlation between scores of the Work Environment for Creativity and scores of Scale of Creative Ideas. 2. Scores of the Work Environment for Creativity got obvious predictions toward scores of Scale of Creative Ideas.
