商管學生對網路教學歷程檔案系統接受度之研究

Assessing the Acceptance of a Teaching-portfolio System from Business Related Students in Higher Education

摘要


許多關於教師教學歷程檔案的研究,大多僅限於一般網站功能或理論的探討,本研究以網路教學歷程檔案模組平台應用為主軸;結合知識管理理論、專業知識管理平台、以及教學科技策略應用的理論與實務整合性研究。研究主要目的在探討商管學生對所發展的網路教學歷程檔案模組系統平台的接受程度。研究首先根據建基於知識管理理論的網路教學歷程檔案模組系統平台之前導研究成果,發展一個經過信效度考驗的網路教學歷程檔案平台使用接受度的評量調查問卷工具,針對南部5所大專校院17個班級的403名商管學生施以8個星期的教學實驗,再對實驗對象進行模組系統平台使用接受度的問卷調查,結果顯示學生對於平台在學習及操作使用上普遍感到滿意。

There were many studies on the usage of Web Teaching Portfolio, and most of them still focused on exploring the relationship between normal website function and theory. Few of them were aimed at the study of knowledge management platform with the teaching portfolio functions. The purpose of this study was to assess the student acceptance of such a constructed teaching-portfolio system usage in business related departments at higher education.The study first developed an acceptance scale responding to the objectives and functions of the constructed platform based on modified TAM model. After two months of teaching experiment, there were 403 business-related students from 17 classes of 5 technology universities in southern Taiwan to assess their acceptance level. The reliability and validity of the instrument were analyzed. The acceptance factors were compared among the various departments and universities. And the result of study can be further applied to another discipline.
